Paramporul is a 2023 Tamil-language Action Thriller movie written and directed by C. Aravind Raj and produced by Manoj and Girish under the banner of Kavi Creations. A struggling youngster (Amithash) crosses paths with an eccentric police officer (R. Sarathkumar) during a theft , after which they get sucked into the dangerous world of Idol Smuggling. A game of cat and mouse ensues in the backdrop of a bigger danger. Paramporul stars R. Sarathkumar in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Amitash Pradhan, Sarath Kumar, T. Siva, Balakrishnan, Vincent Ashokan and Bava Chelladurai. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Cinematography was done by S. Pandikumar and editing by Nagooran Ramachandran. It was released on 1st September 2023. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Sakthi Film Factory.
