Pepper is a 2020 English-language Drama motion picture written by Chad St. John and directed by Pierre Morel and produced by Gary Lucchesi, Tom Rosenberg and Richard S. Wright under the banner of Lakeshore Entertainment in collaboration with Huayi Brothers and Tang Media Productions. A suicidal nine-year-old boy struggling with his gender identity crosses paths with an unraveling but lovable drag queen. Pepper features Jennifer Garner in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including John Ortiz, John Gallagher Jr., Juan Pablo Raba, Tyson Ritter, Zane Austin and Marik Knight. The music was composed by Simon Franglen. Cinematography was done by David Lanzenberg and editing by Fr d ric Thoraval. The motion picture has a running time of 102 minutes. The Film was successful at box office. Pepper was made on a budget of $22 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $53 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by STXfilms.
