Putham Puthu Payanam is a 1991 Tamil-language Drama film written by Erode Soundar and directed by K. S. Ravikumar and produced by R. B. Choudary under the banner of Super Good Films. Babu and his three friends learn that they have blood cancer and little time left to live. They decide to explore the world and reach a village where they end up fighting an unjust tyrant and his son. Putham puthu payanam features Anand Babu in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Vivek, Chinni Jayanth, Supergood Kannan, K. S. Ravikumar, Chithra and Chitra. The screenplay is written by K. S. Ravikumar. The music was composed by Soundaryan. Cinematography was done by Ashok Rajan and editing by K. Thanikachalam. The film has a running time of 130 minutes.
