Sikuru Hathe is a 2007 Sinhala-language Comedy motion picture written and directed by Giriraj Kaushalya and produced by New Imperial Talkies under the banner of The Video Team. A story about a Sri Lankan Matchmaker trying to find a partner for his own daughter. Sikuru hathe stars Vijaya Nandasiri in the lead role along with Anarkali Akarsha, Suraj Mapa, Susila Kottage and Rodney Warnakula in supporting roles. The film is based on Giriraj Kaushalya. The music was composed by Tharupathi Munasinghe along with Rohana Weerasinghe and Navaratne Gamage. Cinematography was done by Ruwan Costa and editing by Ravindra Guruge. It was released on 27th June 2007. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by EAP.
