The movie is directed by Fightmaster Vijayan and produced by Santhi Srihari under the banner of Sri Chalana Chitra. Sri mahalakshmi features Shamna, Suhasini Mani Ratnam, Sayaji Shinde, Santhi Srihari, Poorna, Suhasini Maniratnam and Sri Hari. The music was composed by Mani Sharma. Cinematography was done by Vijay C Kumar and editing by Gowtam Raju. It was released on 4th May 2007. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Sri Chalana Chitra.
