Straw Dogs is a 2011 English-language Action Drama motion picture written by Rod Lurie, David Zelag Goodman, Sam Peckinpah and Gordon Williams. The movie is directed by Rod Lurie and produced by Rod Lurie and Marc Frydman under the banner of Battleplan Productions. L.A. screenwriter David Sumner relocates with his wife to her hometown in the deep South. There, while tensions build between them, a brewing conflict with locals becomes a threat to them both.
