Thaaram Theertha Koodaram is a 2023 Malayalam family romantic drama film directed by Gokul Ramakrishnan. It tells the story of Sanjay, a food delivery boy with bipolar disorder, who is abandoned by his family. To prove his social capabilities and win back his family's love, Sanjay takes care of two homeless girls. He secretly accommodates them in his room without the lodge manager's knowledge. However, things get complicated when Sanjay develops romantic feelings for one of the girls. The film stars Karthik Ramakrishnan as Sanju, Nainita Mariya as Idhaya, and Ayn Sajid as Chikku, among others.
