Catherine Cathy Weseluck (born August 21, 1970) is a Canadian actress, comedian, singer, and voice artist who frequently works with Ocean Productions in Vancouver, British Columbia. She is known for providing the voice for characters in various anime series, being cast as either motherly figures or little boys. Notable roles include Near in Death Note and Spike in My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
