BIOGRAPHY

Jason Jordan Segel professionally known as Jason Segel made his debut as an actor in the film Cant Hardly Wait (1998). It was in 2008 he gained wider recognition as an actor with the film Forgetting Sarah Marshall. There was no turning back after that and Segel at present is considered as a very bankable star. He has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. His maiden award was the Critics Choice Award for Best Song for The Muppets which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Segels career so far are Knocked Up (2007), Forgetting Sarah Marshall (2008), I Love You, Man (2009), Despicable Me (2010), Bad Teacher (2011), Jeff, Who Lives at Home (2011), The Muppets (2011), The Five-Year Engagement (2012), This Is 40 (2012), Sex Tape (2014), The Discovery (2017) and The Friend (2019) to name a few. Segel son of Jillian and Alvin Segel, a lawyer was born on January 18, 1980, in Los Angeles. He attended Hebrew school, St. Matthews Parish School, a private Episcopal school, and Harvard-Westlake School. He was named the Hasty Pudding Man of the Year in 2012.
