300 mil do nieba is a 1989 Polish-language Biography Drama movie directed by Maciej Dejczer. Based on a true story dating back to 1985 when two Polish boys, a teenager and his little brother, escaped from communist Poland all the way to Sweden, hidden under a truck. In the movie, their destination has been changed to Denmark. 300 mil do nieba stars Jadwiga Jankowska-cieslak in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Andrzej Mellin, Wojciech Klata, Rafal Zimowski, Kama Kowalewska, Peter Steen and Adrianna Biedrzynska. The screenplay is written by Cezary Harasimowicz and Maciej Dejczer. The music was composed by Micha Lorenc. Cinematography was done by Krzysztof Ptak.
