Aamne Saamne is a 1967 Hindi-language Crime Mystery movie written by David Jeffries and Brij Katyal. The movie is directed by Suraj Prakash and produced by Suraj Prakash under the banner of Hallmark Hall of Fame. Acquitted for killing his wealthy wife, a male re-locates, changes his name, re-marries another wealthy woman, and then becomes a suspect when attempts are made to kill her also. Aamne saamne stars Shashi Kapoor in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Sharmila Tagore, Prem Chopra, Madan Puri, Kamal Kapoor, Karan Dewan and Ashwani. The music was composed by Kalyanji Anandji. Editing was done by Suraj Prakash. It was released on 1st September 1967. Aamne Saamne was made on a budget of ₹1 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹1 crore. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Columbia Pictures Television.
