Apollo 18 is a 2011 English-language Horror Mystery movie written by Brian Miller and directed by Gonzalo López-gallego and Gonzalo L Pez-gallego and produced by Timur Bekmambetov and Michele Wolkoff under the banner of Bazelevs. Decades-old found footage from NASA's abandoned Apollo 18 mission, where two American astronauts were sent on a secret expedition, reveals the reason the U.S. has never returned to the moon. Apollo 18 features Warren Christie, Lloyd Owen, Ryan Robbins, Michael Kopsa, Andrew Airlie, Kurt Max Runte and John F. Kennedy. The music was composed by Larry Seyer. Cinematography was done by Jos David Montero and editing by Patrick Lussier. The film has a running time of 86 minutes. It was released on 29th September 2011. The Film was successful at box office. Apollo 18 was made on a budget of $5 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $26 million. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Dimension Films.
