Babo is a 2019 English-language Comedy movie directed by Kelly Asbury and produced by Jane Hartwell, Robert Rodriguez and Oren Aviv under the banner of STX Family in collaboration with Reel FX Animation Studios, Alibaba Pictures, Huaxia Film Distribution and Original Force. BaBo is a Marathi movie starring Sayaji Shinde, Kishore Kadam and Bharat Ganeshpure in prominent roles. It is a drama directed by Ramesh Chaudhary, with Sachin Baburao Pawar and Trupti Sachin Pawar as the producer, forming part of the crew. Babo features Kelly Clarkson, Janelle Monae, Blake Shelton, Wanda Sykes, Gabriel Iglesias, Emma Roberts and Kishor Choughule. The screenplay is written by Alison Peck which is inspired from Uglydoll by David Horvath Sun-min Kim. The music was composed by Christopher Lennertz. Editing was done by Julie Rogers and Nolan Southerland. The film has a running time of 87 minutes. It was released on 31st May 2019. Babo was made on a budget of $45 million and at the box office it grossed only $24 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by STX Entertainment.
