Deep Water is a 2022 English-language Thriller motion picture directed by Adrian Lyne and produced by Arnon Milchan, Steven Zaillian, Garrett Basch, Guymon Casady, Ben Forkner and Anthony Katagas under the banner of 20th Century Studios in collaboration with Regency Enterprises, New Regency, Film Rites and Entertainment 360. A well-to-do husband who allows his wife to have affairs in order to avoid a divorce becomes a prime suspect in the disappearance of her lovers. Deep water stars Ben Affleck in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Ana De Armas, Tracy Letts, Finn Wittrock, Jacob Elordi, Kristen Connolly and Rachel Blanchard. The screenplay is written by Zach Helm and Sam Levinson which is inspired from Deep Water by Patricia Highsmith. The music was composed by Marcelo Zarvos. Cinematography was done by Eigil Bryld. Deep Water was made on a budget of $48 million and at the box office it grossed only $0 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by 20th Century Studios.
