Dharmapuri is a 2006 Tamil-language Drama motion picture written and directed by Perarasu and produced by Am Rathnam and A. M. Rathnam. A rich landlord forces Sivaram's father, an honest hardworking man, to leave the village. However, years later, the villagers beg Sivaraman to save them from the cruel landlord and his sons. Dharmapuri stars Vijayakanth, Raai Laxmi, S Manivannan Rajagopal, Manobala, Anu Menon, Rajesh and Nandita. The music was composed by Srikanth Deva. Cinematography was done by S. Saravanan. The motion picture has a running time of 146 minutes. It was released on 21st June 2006. Dharmapuri was made on a budget of ₹8 crore.
