Dr. 56 is a 2022 Kannada-language Crime Mystery film directed by Rajesh Anandleela and produced by Praveen Reddy. Dr. 56 stars Priyamani in the lead role along with Praveen Reddy, Raj Deepak Shetty, Ramesh Bhat, Manjunath Hegde, Veena Ponnappa and Pr in supporting roles. The music was composed by Nobin Paul. Cinematography was done by Rakesh C. Thilak and editing by Vishwa N. M. It was released on 9th December 2022. Arjun is a theater artist who is suffering from an illness and has to take a pill every 56 minutes. Parallel to his misery is a murder investigation of three neurosurgeons lead by CBI officer Priya Krishna. Priya meets Dr Ashwath and the two go on an exposition about the medical mafia and its consequences.
