Nathan, a police officer gives shelter to Kamala and helps her to fight a case against Dharmalingam, a rich man. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Lingam's daughter. Will he still stand for justice?. En kadamai stars M. G. Ramachandran, B. Saroja Devi, Anjali Devi, Saroja Devi B., M.g. Ramachandran, K. Balaji and L. Vijayalakshmi. The music was composed by Viswanathan Ramamoorthy.
