Good Deeds is a 2012 English-language Comedy Drama film written and directed by Tyler Perry and produced by Tyler Perry, Paul Hall and Ozzie Areu under the banner of Tyler Perry Studios. Businessman Wesley Deeds is jolted out of his scripted life when he meets Lindsey, a single mother who works on the cleaning crew in his office building. Good deeds stars Tyler Perry in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Thandie Newton, Brian White, Rebecca Romijn, Jamie Kennedy, Phylicia Rashad and Gabrielle Union. The music was composed by Aaron Zigman. Cinematography was done by Alexander Gruszynski and editing by Maysie Hoy. The film has a running time of 111 minutes. It was released on 28th June 2012. The Film was successful at box office. Good Deeds was made on a budget of $14 million and it was a super hit at box office gross of $35 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Lionsgate.
