Gopala Rao Gaari Abbai is a 1989 Telugu-language motion picture directed by S Manivannan Rajagopal and produced by M. D. M. Prasad under the banner of Vijaya Durga Cine Creations. Gopala rao gaari abbai features Ramya Krishnan in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Karthik Muthuraman, Dubbing Janaki, Potti Prasad, Rajendra Prasad, Rao Gopal Rao and Suthi Velu. The music was composed by Ilaiyaraaja. It is about a shy, timid, and introverted Sivasubrahmania Hariramachandran , who falls head over heels for the petite and spunky Saritha , regardless of an age difference of 14 years.
