Killing Season is a 2015 Hindi-language Action Drama film written by Evan Daugherty and directed by Mark Steven Johnson and produced by Paul Breuls under the banner of Nu Image in collaboration with Millennium Films, Corsan Pictures and FilmEngine. Two veterans of the Bosnian War - one American, one Serbian - find their unlikely friendship tested when one of them reveals their true intentions. Killing season stars John Travolta in the title role along with Robert De Niro, Milo Ventimiglia, Elizabeth Olin, Diana Lyubenova, Kalin Sarmenov, Stefan Shterev and Joseph Oliveira in supporting roles. The screenplay is written by Evan Daugherty. The music was composed by Christopher Young. Cinematography was done by Peter Menzies Jr. and editing by Sean Albertson. The movie has a running time of 91 minutes. It was released on 15th August 2013. Killing Season was made on a budget of $75 million and at the box office it grossed only $51 million. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Sony Pictures Releasing.
