Kurukshetra is a 2008 Malayalam-language War Action movie written by Major Ravi and Santosh Damodar. The movie is directed by Major Ravi and produced by Santhosh Damodar under the banner of Damor Cinemas. In the Kargil war of 1999, an Indian commander faces off against his Pakistani counterpart. Kurukshetra stars Siddique, Biju Menon, Ravi Mariya, Sania Singh, Anjana Chandran, Assim Jamal and Suraj Venjaramoodu. The music was composed by Siddharth Vipin. Cinematography was done by Loganathan Srinivasan. It was released on 8th October 2008. Kurukshetra was made on a budget of ₹8 crore and it was a hit at box office gross of ₹11 crore.
