Nang iniwan mo ako was produced under the production house Viva Films in collaboration with LVN Pictures and Sampaguita Pictures.. A middle aged housewife struggles to cope when her husband leaves her for a younger woman. Nang iniwan mo ako features Sharon Cuneta in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Albert Martinez, Matthew Mendoza, Valentin Simon, Maritoni Fernandez, Jackie Castillejos and Dindi Gallardo.
