The movie is directed by Umesh Shukla and produced by Kalyan Ram, Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Ashvini Yardi under the banner of Grazing Goat Pictures in collaboration with Wave Cinemas and Spice Studios. Omg – oh my god! features Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Mithun Chakraborty, Kriti Kharbanda and Kalyan Ram. The movie is based on Kanji Virrudh Kanji.
