Rabbit Hole is a 2011 English-language Documentary Fantasy film directed by John Cameron Mitchell and produced by Nicole Kidman, Leslie Urdang, Gigi Pritzker, Per Saari and Dean Vanech under the banner of Blossom Films in collaboration with OddLot Entertainment. Rabbit Hole examines the challenges of maintaining Emirati identity in the face of the top-to-bottom process of globalization. It problematizes the way in which many young Arabs increasingly get alienated from their own culture, and charts some of the reasons that contribute to this cultural alienation. Written by Anonymous. Rabbit hole features Nicole Kidman in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Aaron Eckhart, Dianne Wiest, Miles Teller, Tammy Blanchard, Sandra Oh and Ibrahim Al Baloushi.
