Sabaka is a 1954 English-language Adventure film written and directed by Frank Ferrin and produced by Frank Ferrin and Ralph Ferrin. Gunga Ram, a young elephant trainer, swears vengeance on the killers of his sister Indria and her husband on the orders of the religious fire-cult leaders, the High Priestess and Ashok. The Maharajah of Bakore disbelieves him and Gunga Ram is also opposed by the Maharajah's General Pollegar. Gunga Ram sets out to expose and destroy the fire shrine of Sabaka. Written by Les Adams. Sabaka features See Below in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Nino Marcel, Boris Karloff, Lou Krugman, Reginald Denny, June Foray and Victor Jory. The music was composed by V. Dakshinamoorthy. Cinematography was done by Jack McCoskey and Alan Stensvold and editing by John M. Foley. The film has a running time of 77 minutes. It was released on 8th October 1954. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by United Artists.
