Sweepstake Annie is a 1935 English-language Comedy movie written by Scott Darling and Evelyn Law. The movie is directed by William Nigh and produced by M.h. Hoffman under the banner of Liberty Pictures. A young woman who works in the movie business buys a sweepstakes ticket that turns out to be a winner. Her stroke of luck changes her life around--and not necessarily for the better.
