The Outsider is a 2018 Malay-language Drama Family motion picture. The outsider stars Sofia Jane in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Carmen Soo, Kk Wong, Sawyer Leong, Eric Gan Wei Hong, Redza Minhat and Nadiya Nissa. It was released on 30th October 2018. *Inspired by true events, this film is made over 3 years as a result of many hours of grassroot outreach with the various street communities dedicated to prototype solutions to bridge access to basic needs.* A prejudiced Chinese restaurant owner chases an elderly homeless Malay woman away from outside his shopfront, not knowing that their life paths would be entangled from that moment on.
