Upaasna is a 1971 Hindi-language Drama motion picture written by Inder Raj Anand and directed by Devaraj Mohan and produced by Devaraj Mohan. Two brothers battle against each other in court when their lady love Shalu is accused of murder. Upaasna stars Sanjay Khan in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Feroz Khan, Mumtaz Askari, Helen Richardson, Kishan Mehta, Anwar Hussain and Asit Kumar Sen. The music was composed by Kalyanji Anandji. It was released on 15th March 1971. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Mohan Films Pvt.Ltd.
