Urimai Kural is a 1974 Tamil-language Action Drama movie written and directed by C. V. Sridhar and produced by Y. Kannaiah. Two brothers live happily together in their village. But when problems arise in their family, they need to stand up united to resolve the problems. Urimai kural stars M. G. Ramachandran in the lead role along with Latha, Anjali Devi, V. S. Raghavan, M.g. Ramachandran, Jai Ganesh, M.n. Nambiar and S.v. Sahasranamam in supporting roles. The music was composed by M. S. Viswanathan. Cinematography was done by N. Balakrishnan and editing by N. M. Shankar. It was released on 7th November 1974. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Chitralaya.
