Veta is a 2008 Telugu-language Drama motion picture written by Paruchuri Gopala Krishna, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao and Tripathi S.n. The movie is directed by A. Kodandarami Reddy and produced by Dhananjay Reddy and Dinesh Salgia under the banner of Samyuktha Movies. Veta stars Chiranjeevi in the lead role along with Jayaprada and Swathi Priya in supporting roles. The music was composed by K. Chakravarthy. Cinematography was done by Swamy V.S.R. and editing by Vellaiswamy. It was released on 11th February 2008. The film made a box office gross of ₹75 crore. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Sun Pictures.
