Citizen Khan is a British comedy-drama television series in English language starring Adil Ray and Shobu Kapoor. Created by Adil Ray, it follows the trials and tribulations of Mr. Khan, a pompous, self-appointed Muslim community leader and his family in Sparkhill, Birmingham. Struggling to make ends meet, he is proud of his thriftiness and wishes everyone would just listen to him and follow his lead.
