Customer service will be different in all areas. Speed is good, will also fluctuate from 25-40 Mbps during peak times. Upload is stable though at a solid 50 Mbps. There's really no data cap, I've used nearly 600-900 GBs a month. Nearly all local ISPs are borderline criminals and engage in malpractices, so be aware as they're likely to cause damage to Excitel fibre lines resulting in downtime. Better to be regularly communicating with the local team so you know what the issue when it's down instead of bashing Excitel. I'd rate it 9/10. The unbelievably affordable pricing is the cherry on the top.
