BIOGRAPHY

John William Ferrell professionally known as Will Ferrell made his debut as an actor in the film Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (1997). It was in 2003 he gained recognition as an actor with the film Elf. There was no turning back after that and Will Ferrell at present is considered a very bankable star. He has had a good career studded with a lot of awards to his credit. His maiden award was the MTV Movie Award for Best Kiss for Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby which has since been followed by many more. The iconic films in Ferrells career so far are Elf (2003), Old School (2003), Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004), Talladega Nights (2006), Stranger than Fiction (2006), Blades of Glory (2007), Step Brothers (2008), The Other Guys (2010), Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues (2013), Daddys Home (2015) to name a few. Ferrell son of Betty Kay and Roy Lee Ferrell Jr. was born on July 16, 1967, in Irvine, California. He attended Culverdale Elementary and later attended Rancho San Joaquin Middle School. He enrolled at the University of Southern California, where he studied sports broadcasting and joined the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He graduated in the year 1990. On March 24, 2015, he received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
