The screenplay is written by Clancy Sigal, Diane Lake, Gregory Nava, Anna Thomas and Edward Norton which is inspired from Frida: A Biography of Frida Kahlo by Hayden Herrera. The music was composed by Elliot Goldenthal. Cinematography was done by Rodrigo Prieto and editing by Fran oise Bonnot. The film has a running time of 123 minutes.
