Kali Ghata is a 1980 Hindi-language Romance Thriller film written by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar and Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma. The movie is directed by Ved Rahi and produced by Ved Rahi and Shivalik Pictures. When a young woman is pushed off a boat, she must unmask her would-be killer. Kali ghata stars Shashi Kapoor, Danny Denzongpa, Rekha Ganesan, Aruna Irani, Lalita Pawar, A.k. Hangal and Jankidas Mehra. The music was composed by Laxmikant Shantaram Kudalkar along with Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma and Laxmikant Pyarelal. Cinematography was done by Kay Gee and editing by Subhash Gupta. It was released on 25th January 1980.
