Karunyam is a 1997 Malayalam-language Drama Family movie written and directed by Ambazhathil Karunakaran Lohithadas and A. K. Lohithadas and produced by Ousepachan Vaalakuzhy. Karunyam stars Divya Unni in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Nedumudi Venu, Jayaram Subramaniam, Murali Pillai, Divyaa Unni, Janardanan and Rahna. The music was composed by Kaithapram D. Nampoothiri along with Kaithapuram Damodaran Namboothiri. Cinematography was done by Ramachandra Babu. It was released on 18th July 1997. Distribution rights for the motion picture were acquired by Kavyachandrika Release.
