Misconduct is a 2016 English-language Crime Drama film written by Adam Mason and Simon Boyes. The movie is directed by Shintaro Shimosawa and produced by Ellen Wander under the banner of Grindstone Entertainment Group in collaboration with Mandate Pictures and Mike and Marty Productions. When an ambitious young lawyer takes on a big case against a powerful and ruthless executive of a large pharmaceutical company, he soon finds himself involved in a case of blackmail and corruption. Misconduct features Josh Duhamel in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Alice Eve, Malin Kerman, Byung-hun Lee, Julia Stiles, Glen Powell and Al Pacino. The music was composed by Federico Jusid. Cinematography was done by Michael Fimognari and editing by Gregers Dohn and Henrik Kallberg. The film has a running time of 105 minutes. It was released on 5th February 2016. Misconduct was made on a budget of $11 million and at the box office it grossed only $2 million. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Lionsgate Premiere.
