Trinta is a 2014 Portuguese-language Biography Drama movie written by Claudio Galperin, Paulo Machline, Felipe Sholl and Mauricio Zacharias. The movie is directed by Paulo Machline. Biopic about the late Joãozinho Trinta, a self-taught classical dancer who turned Rio's Carnival into an international phenomenon in the 1970s and '80s by directing parades for samba schools and putting focus on costumes and decor. Trinta features Paolla Oliveira in the title role along with an ensemble cast including Mariana Nunes, Milhem Cortaz, Matheus Nachtergaele, Fabricio Boliveira, Augusto Madeira and Marco Ricca. It was released on 13th November 2014.
