Yaakkai is a 2017 Tamil-language Romance Thriller movie written and directed by Kuzhandai Velappan and produced by Muthukumaran under the banner of Prim Pictures. A hospital administrator dies, and the cop investigating the murder finds that this is just one in a series of grisly crimes. Yaakkai features Swathi Reddy, Prakash Raj, M.s. Bhaskar, Hari Krishnan, G. Marimuthu, Aathma Patrick and Krishna Kulasekaran. The music was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Cinematography was done by Sathya Ponmar and editing by V. J. Sabu Joseph.
