New Jersey mobster Anthony "Tony" Soprano is having a midlife crisis. As head of a 'waste-management consulting' business, Tony suffers a series of anxiety attacks from dealing with his own family and the mob 'family'. For help, he goes to psychiatrist Dr. Jennifer Melfi. But for a mob boss, therapy can have serious consequences.
