About Nedumbassery

Nedumbassery (Malayalam: ) is a suburb of the city of Kochi situated 27 kilometres (17mi) north of the city and 40 kilometres (25mi) from Thrissur in Kerala, India. The town lies between the two municipalities of Aluva and Angamaly in the Greater Cochin region. It has a population of 28,607 as on 2001, with a sex-ratio of 1012 females to 1000 males.
