The movie is directed by Mae Czarina Cruz and Mae Cruz-alviar and produced by Charo Santos-concio and Malou Santos under the banner of ABS-CBN Film Productions in collaboration with Inc. A handsome playboy who doesn't believe in love begins to question his outlook when he meets a young woman who has been praying to find her one true love. Every breath you take features Piolo Pascual in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Angelica Panganiban, Nova Villa, Ryan Eigenmann, Smokey Manaloto, Carlos Agassi and Joross Gamboa. The screenplay is written by Mel Mendoza-del Rosario, Zig Marasigan, Anj Pessumal, Generiza F. Reyes and Ays de Guzman. The music was composed by Teresa Barrozo.
