Our Shining Days is a 2017 Mandarin-language Drama movie written by Bao Jingjing and directed by Wang Ran and produced by William Kong under the banner of Edko Films in collaboration with DCB Pictures and Zee Studios. A youth inspirational film, about how a group of high school students try to revive Chinese orchestra ensemble. They face many challenges along the way to compete nationally, including a rivalry with the popular Western orchestra club. Our shining days features Xu Lu, Peng Yuchang, Liu Yongxi, Li Nuo, Lu Zhaohua, Han Zhongyu and Sihong Le. The music was composed by Kubert Leung. Cinematography was done by Charles Lee. The motion picture has a running time of 103 minutes. It was released on 20th July 2017. Distribution rights for the movie were acquired by Edko Films.
