The movie is directed by Mohd Khairul Azri Bin Md Noor and Mohd Khairul Azri Md Noor and produced by Tengku Iesta Tengku Alaudin under the banner of Grand Brilliance in collaboration with Lightbulb Pictures. Adapted loosely from Romeo and Juliet, Pekak is a story about a deaf drug pusher Uda whose dream is.. Pekak stars Zahiril Adzim, Sharifah Amani, Iedil Dzuhrie Alaudin, Sharifah Sakinah, Amerul Affendi, Zaidi Omar and Iedil Putra. The music was composed by Monoloque.
