Prassthanam is a 2019 Hindi-language Action Drama motion picture written by Farhad Samji and directed by Katta Deva and Deva Katta and produced by Sanjay Dutt under the banner of Sanjay S Dutt Productions. A rural politician marries a widow with kids and gains a respectable position. He trusts his stepson more than his own in political matters; thus upsetting his son beyond limits. Prassthanam stars Sanjay Dutt in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Jackie Shroff, Manisha Koirala, Amyra Dastur, Chunky Pandey, Ali Fazal and Satyajeet Dubey. The screenplay is written by Deva Katta which is inspired from Prasthanam by Deva Katta. The music was composed by Ankit Tiwari along with Farhad Samji, Vikram Montrose and Mahesh Shankar.
