Queen Mimi is a 2016 English-language Documentary Biography film written and directed by Yaniv Rokah and produced by Elliot V Kotek, Michael Pelico and Michael Shamberg. Forced onto the streets in her 50s, Marie found home at a Santa Monica laundromat. Taking shelter there for 20 years, Mimi's passion for pink, and living without looking back, has taken her from homelessness to Hollywood's red carpets. Queen mimi stars Zach Galifianakis in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Stan Fox, Marie Haist, Amy Boatwright, Rita Branch, Marie 'mimi' Haist and Richard Martini. The music was composed by Ron Passaro. Cinematography was done by Andrew Fox and editing by Ally Garrett. The motion picture has a running time of 76 minutes. It was released on 13th May 2016. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by XLrator Media.
