Rescued by Ruby is a 2022 English-language Biography Drama movie written by Karen Janszen and directed by Katt Shea and produced by Dan Angel, Jane Charles and Brian Gott under the banner of Fezziwig Studios. Its story follows a state trooper named Dan, who dreams of joining the K-9 search and rescue team of the state police, however has been unsuccessful in doing so until he befriends a shelter dog named Ruby. Rescued by ruby stars Grant Gustin in the lead role along with an ensemble cast including Scott Wolf, Kaylah Zander, Camille Sullivan, Tom Mcbeath, Sharon Taylor and Eileen Pedde. The music was composed by Joy Ngiaw. Cinematography was done by David Bercovici-Artieda and editing by Richard Nord. The film has a running time of 90 minutes. It was released on 17th March 2022.
