The Seniors is a 1978 English-language Comedy film directed by Rod Amateau and produced by Stanley Shapiro and Carter Dehaven under the banner of Senior Pictures Inc. Ben, Larry, Alan, and Steve are about to graduate from college. They are terrified of the prospect of actually having to work hard for a living, so they come up with a plan to support themselves as graduate research students by getting a foundation grant to study sexuality in college-age women. But despite their success at getting paid to bed down pretty girls, the work-load becomes too great, so they open the study to businessmen who pay to participate. Only a small mind would call it prostitution, and only a pessimist would think it could backfire.. Written by Jim Beaver. The seniors stars Gary Imhoff, Jeffrey Byron, Dennis Quaid, Lou Richards, Priscilla Barnes, Rocky Flintermann and Robert Youngblood. The screenplay is written by Stanley Shapiro. The music was composed by Patrick Williams. Cinematography was done by Robert Jessup and editing by Guy Scarpitta. The motion picture has a running time of 87 minutes. It was released on 29th June 1978. Distribution rights for the film were acquired by Cinema Shares International Distribution.
